Although we go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and are of the highest quality, if an item you receive is materially flawed, or we fulfilled your order incorrectly, we will of course replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us for further instructions.
Most returns can be avoided by carefully checking your order confirmation, and reviewing our size chart prior to ordering. If you notice a problem after you've ordered, please contact us within 24 hours so we can modify the order prior to fulfilling it.
